uPlus is a phone accessories distributor transitioning into the e-commerce market. I was asked to design the mobile app to increase sales and consumer engagement. One of the main paint points was to offer the customers an easier way to return a product if they were not completely satisfied. I wanted to make sure the users were able to navigate through the app and return a product with no problems along the way.
